How We Build
Site Preparation
Before a single beam is set, we prepare the ground. Earthwork, grading, and utility installation are executed to exact tolerances. Our site superintendents manage every cubic yard of soil and every underground connection, ensuring the foundation we build on is as precise as the structure we build above it.
Foundation & Structure
Concrete pours, rebar placement, and structural steel erection form the backbone of every Blakman build. Our crews work to millimeter tolerances, with every weld, pour, and bolt inspected against structural calculations. This is where craftsmanship meets engineering — and where short cuts are never an option.
Building Envelope
The enclosure — curtain walls, cladding, roofing, and waterproofing — determines whether a building stands the test of decades. We partner with certified installers and perform continuous moisture and thermal testing, sealing every joint and seam against the elements with unforgiving precision.
